How to control gloves quality?

Quality is the base of enterprise, good quality will never happen at random, but generate from strict quality control & supervise, rank from material purchasing to production of gloves. We establish one set of overall quality supervision system, different parts inspect another, and then control the quality well. 

 

Sample is the basis of quality

Our sales makes record of gloves` material, size and weight when send samples to you, we will refer samples to conduct mass production after you confirm the order. QC, technologist, printing worker and packing worker will check the quality of work gloves according to samples, then assure mass production is consistent with samples.

 

Liner quality assurance

We only purchase gloves liner from suppliers with stable quality, liner will be samples inspected when they are bought from suppliers, include length, weight and breakage rate. There has one maximum defective rate, lines with problems will be returned if their defective rate surpass the maximum requirement after some bags` inspection. Suppliers need to support liners with good quality again and accept samples inspection once more. 

 

Technologist for quality

Although our production lines are fully automated, technologists still play important part in the production process. On one hand, they know how to regulate production line, to adjust the purity of rubber and temperature of oven; on the other hand, they can communicate with workers better and correct their working attitude. Generally speaking, technologist can resolve problem easily and produce better gloves. 

 

Packer for quality

Quality inspection is not the main responsibility of packers, but they will pick coated gloves out with problems, such as liner with damaged or stain and finished gloves with incomplete printing. These unqualified gloves will be dealt with, but not be put in goods that delivered to customers. 

 

QC for quality

QC mainly responsible for inspecting the finished goods, they not only have a holistic quality view, but also pay attention to details. They check goods the finished goods and compare with samples, their inspection not only during production process, but also after goods finished, inspective content contains quality of gloves, printing and packing way. 

 

Salesman for quality

Salesman take responsibility for overall quality. His work has not completed after get customer` s order, he needs to pay close attention to produce process and delivering time, but not only sit in front of computer. During process of production, salesman often goes to workshop to check gloves` s quality, so that assure the correct conduction of order. He has right to stop producing and correct problems once find mass production is not consistent with original samples. Salesman is the only people who understand customers` want, so they must participate in production process. When customers receive goods, salesman will feedback to corresponding parts if they find quality problems.
