Dipped gloves
Dipped glove, also known as coated glove, one type of work glove. It is different from ordinary gloves and is made from nitrile, latex, PVC and PU. It can be used in family, agricultural, medical and other industries, which is an essential hand protection product. Dipped gloves are made of natural latex/synthetic latex and other fine additives, surface of glove is treated specially and comfortable to wear, they are widely used in industrial, agricultural production, medical treatment and daily life. Coated gloves are divided into five types: smooth dipped gloves, hemp dipped gloves, striped dipped gloves, transparent dipped gloves and powder-free dipped gloves. The rubber is sliced firstly by rubber mixing machine, then is sent to sol cylinder and gasoline mixed sol after sliced. The latex intermediate tank is pumped after sol is emulsified and prepared. The rubber solution dissolved in gasoline is fed from the top of the distillation column, heated by steam distillation, and light component gasoline is heated to a gas phase, the gasoline gas is mixed and cooled by cold water in the oil and gas cooler. The oil-water mixture is passed to oil-water separator and oil moisture layer. The upper layer of gasoline is recovered, and the lower part of the water is pumped to cooling tower for cooling, tower is cooled after cooling, the gas gasoline of the distillation; distillation tower is sent to latex mixing tank according to its own pressure, and the latex is separated from centrifuge to latex glove. After being toned and filtered, it is ready for use.
The glove model is firstly cleaned by acid & alkali and washed with water. The washed model is immersed in hot water and heated to the immersion coagulant, then dried for dipping. After dipping, the oven is initially dried, added with fiber inner sleeve, washed with hot water and then sent to an oven for vulcanization and drying. The air is inspected after the mold is released from the mold, , low-temperature shaped, dried at medium temperature, washed, dehydrated, dried, and then packaged for delivery to the finished product warehouse.
