Classification and adaptation environment of work gloves

With the increasing of demand for industrial production, people' s awareness of hand protection is getting stronger and stronger, work gloves play important role in industrial development, so among many labor insurance products, what are the classifications and adaption environments of work gloves
1. Insulating gloves for live working
It refers to insulating glove that is used for electrical insulation hands when operator carries out live working on electrical equipment (or DC electrical equipment of the corresponding voltage level) with AC voltage of 10 kV or less. The product model, dimensions and technical requirements should comply with the provisions of “The General Technical Conditions for Insulating Gloves for Live Working”. Gloves must have good electrical insulation properties. Industrial safety gloves also require good tensile strength and elongation at break, as well as puncture resistance, aging resistance, flame resistance and low temperature resistance.
2. Acid & alkali resistant gloves
It is protective glove for preventing acid & alkali damage to hands, its quality should meet the requirements of "Acid (alkali) Gloves". Gloves are not allowed to have defects such as blooming, brittleness, stickiness and breakage. The non-leakage of gloves means that it must be airtight, air leakage is not allowed under certain pressures,. According to the material, this type of glove can be divided into rubber acid & alkali resistant glove, latex acid & alkali resistant glove, and plastic acid & alkali resistant glove. Waterproof gloves and anti-virus glove can be replaced by acid-resistant gloves.

This glove is made of nitrile rubber, chloroprene or polyurethane to protect the skin of hands from various of skin diseases caused by oily substances, such as acute dermatitis, acne, folliculitis, dry skin, cleft palate, pigmentation and nail changes.

4. Welder glove.
It is one kind of personal protective equipment to protect hands from high temperatures, molten metal and sparks during welding. It is made of cow, pig leather or two-layer leather, it is divided into two-finger, three-finger and five-finger according to the finger type. Welder glove has strict appearance requirements. The first grade requires leather body to be even thickness, soft and elastic, the leather surface is fine and firm, color is uniform without greasy feeling. The second-class product, the leather body lacks fullness and elasticity, leather surface is rough and color is slightly dark.

5. Anti-vibration glove.
One personal protective equipment for contact vibration, such as in the forestry, mining, construction, transportation and other departments with hand-held vibration tools (chainsaws, rock drills, etc.) to prevent vibrating occupational diseases "white finger disease" caused by vibration. In the structure of the anti-vibration gloves, a certain thickness of foam, latex and air interlayer are added to the palm surface of glove to absorb vibration. The thicker of protective glove pad, the more air content it contains, and the vibration damping effect is better. However, it is easy to affect operation if palm and fingers are too thick.

6. Anti-cutting gloves.
The high-strength polyethylene and glass fiber material are used as the core of the yarn, the new fiber is yarn of BLADE X5 TM, which is the outer layer of yarn, these materials are more resistant to cutting, HPPE, high-strength and high-modulus polyethylene fiber also is one good fiber anti-cut material. It is lightweight and comfortable to use, its standard for anti-cutting is far exceeds CE5 with coating wire. This anti-cutting glove has no coating on the back, breathable and comfortable, meanwhile providing ideal flame retardant and cutting protection. It is mainly used in automotive parts assembly, product packaging, electronic & electrical assembly, and light assembly work.

One is woven fabric composition containing conductive fibers, the other is a long-fiber elastic acrylic woven glove, then the polyurethane resin is applied to palm and fingertip, or the surface of glove is coated with polyethylene. Gloves containing conductive fibers can dissipate static electricity quickly that collects on hands. Gloves with polyurethane or polyethylene coating are mainly resistant to dust and static electricity. These products are mainly used for the assembly of weak currents, precision instruments, product inspection, electronics industry, printing, inspection work of various research institutions.

8. Cleaning gloves.
It is made of natural rubber and can prevent the discharge of fingertips in the production process. It can prevent product from the damage of static electricity that caused by human body during production process. Products are effectively protected from contamination and influence of finger residue, oil stains of gloves, dust and sweat during production process. Currently, most of clean rooms use polyurethane (PU) gloves.
